Thanksgiving in Indy

Nick and I made the bold decision to travel with our two week old baby a) because the flights were dirt cheap b) because when else in our lives do we get this much time off work and c) because I desperately wanted to be around my mom and sister after having this sweet boy.

We decided to spend 10 days in Indy over the holiday and so far, so good. The older kids have been playing so well together and they absolutely love being around each other. They go to bed each night asking for each other and wake up in the morning doing the same. If there is one thing I am extremely thankful for this holiday season, it is that my kids will be blessed with a close relationship with their cousins, despite the distance we have to travel to foster it. In addition to amazing grandparents and aunts/uncles.
