It tastes like sugar in a glass.

Ah, weddings. I'm at that age. I'm at the age that all my friends are getting married, so I can bank on about 3-4 weddings a summer.
I'm not a huge fan of weddings. They make me uncomfortable, all that love in the air. I feel awkward for the wedding party, obviously sized wrong for that dress and rented tux. And embarrassed for the bride and groom when they kiss. I hate the traditions, the judging and the glass tapping. Not to mention all the stress involved, it makes me crazy!

But Wally & Jessica's (Nick's college friends) wedding last night was a nice exception to my normal aversion. It was laid back, unconvential, and beautiful...

On another note, the part of weddings I do like, the celebration. We danced, we drank too much. But I do remember my last glass of champagne was so good, I loved the smell and the taste. "Babe", I said, "you have to try this, it tastes like sugar in a glass." Nick tried it, it was sparkling cider. Hangover's SUCK!
