Mack: 18 Months

Mack turned 18 months last week! Instead of celebrating his half birthday, I toasted the one year anniversary of him finally sleeping through the night with a stiff drink and an early bedtime.
Life. It doesn't get much better.

18 Things (you need to know) About Mack

1. Mack is a tough kiddo. As tough as they come, and I should know, I have another one.
2. He passionate. Mack lets us know the minute he's awake each morning and it's go-go-go, up-down-up-down, until nap. He runs everywhere, jumps off everything and throws with more talent then his 3-year-old counterpart.
3. He loves being outside.
4. He's non-verbal. He'll give you a dissertation but none of it's people speak. He has a few words, but he refuses to mimic. He's just humble, no need to show off.
5. He's indecisive. He spends a lot of his life, asking to be picked up and then put down again. "Uh-Uh-Uh" to get up, "Uh-Uh-UH" to get down. Duh. He comes by this honestly--it takes his father 20 minutes to choose a beer off a menu...
6. He likes his coffee black. 
7. And his beer cold.
8. He adores Charlie.
9. He is really great at cleaning up. He puts away toys, diapers, laundry, anything really, just ask and he'll do it.
10. He understands that everything has a place and if something is out of place, he'll fix it.
11. He thinks he can swim.
12. He has a "blankie" and when he's tired he gets it out of his crib, lays it on the floor and takes a rest.
13. He has started to ride his strider bike.
14. Shoes. He loves shoes! This might be his favorite at-home activity, putting on and taking off shoes.
15. Dental hygiene is of the utmost importance. He brushes (at least) three times a day.
16. He'd eat all day, if I let him. A few favorites: berries, grapes and yogurt.
17. He's a momma's boy.
18. He gives the sweetest kisses and hugs.
